Evolutionary Yoga Retreats The Yoga Evolution Retreat centre has been offering yoga classes and retreats for over a decade and pride themselves in the authentic approach they have to yoga and mediation.

Book onto and ashtanga yoga retreat at our centre which is located in Portugal with 13 acres of forest land to explore and a swimming pool with an amazing backdrop of the Portuguese mountain ranges. Our theme here has been yoga for many years and we ensure that the practice delivered here will be helpful to help relax the mind and strengthen the body. Peter & Sue are both senior yoga teachers and have trained in many different styles of practice. We have held over 200 retreats over the years and teach a balance of mindful mediation, many different styles of posture work, such as ashtanga vinyasa, vinyasa flow, yin yoga, hatha and dynamic yoga flow. We have many retreats that you can choose from including the 5 element medical qi gong

Accommodation

We have a selection of accommodation which are all elegantly decorated. Whether you want a private single room or a double with your partner then you can check these out on our website. A popular choice is usually one of our eco caravans that give you an opportunity of having a complete digital detox and spending time in nature under a spectacular starry night sky.

Explore

Our retreat centre is located just below the hilltop village of Amieira with miles of forest tracks for you to meander along and we also have some really nice rock pools where you can take a dip on a very hot sunny day.
