To book your mobility scooter or wheelchair simply complete the form on our website, including the start date, hire period and the address where the equipment will be delivered.
We aim to deliver as close to the time of day you have selected as possible, we will contact you by telephone or email to confirm the delivery time in advance of the delivery date.
Please note a £20 refundable deposit on wheelchairs and a £50 refundable deposit on mobility scooters is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cash, debit card, credit card or from a PayPal account. All online payments are processed via PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to use this service.

If I could give no stars I would. Do not use. Ruined my Mum's holiday. Late delivery to where we were staying (14 hours late !) We were first given a battery pack that wasn't charged, so useless for the first day, only to find it was faulty. This was replaced, but took all of the second day to charge, only to fail after one hour of use on the third day. Reported all issues quickly, but basically we paid for four days hire and got one hour of use. When we tried to get a refund for supplying, what effectively, was faulty goods, the guy refused. The whole episode upset my 86 year old Mum as she felt she had ruined our break, but it was Wight Phoenix who did that. AVOID
